XNR Penalty Management System (PMS for short) |

The following PMS will be in place for the |
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Series in '08 |
|
Drivers will recieve the following points for track incidents: |
|
1. Causing yellow = 1 point for each contributing driver unless considered no fault
|
|
2. Aggresive driving resulting in a caution = 1 point
|
|
3. Causing a wreck after yellow comes out = 2 points
|
| (this does not apply to secondary accidents resulting from trying to avoid the initial accident) |
|
4. Passing on the inside before turn 1 (unless allowable pass per the rules) = 1 point
|
|
5. Intentional passing while racing back to the yellow = 1 point
|
|
6. Intentional wrecking. (intentional wrecked must be determined by track officials, not those involved) = 5 points
|
|
5 points results in a 1 race suspension. |
clean races result in a 1 point reduction per race. (no credits given to drivers at 0 points) |
Points or penalties do not carry over to other series. Each series has it's own totals. |
|
League Admins reserve the right to review cautions and assess points penalties when they feel they are warranted |
Members should submit incident review request for reviews that do not result in a caution. |
example: passing under yellow, passing before turn 1 ect.... |

Drivers may request a particular incident with another driver be reviewed by doing the following: |
Submit replay of the lap of the incident as well as the previous and following lap. |
Replays should also be accompanied with a brief explanation of the incident |
request to have incidents reviewed must be emailed to the individual league admin within |
24 hours of the race completion |

Any appeals of an incident charged against you must also have a replay of the incident with the previous and |
following lap included. Any appeal must be recieved within 24 hours of points being posted |

Send all review request and appeals for the Pro Cup Series to the |
